    AboutJeeny:

    Jeeny is a mobile applicationthat eases daily commuting and transportation. By connecting youwith your preferred mode of transportation we are fulfilling ouraim of making mobility accessible affordable and flexible forall.

    We are a joint venture between MEIG (MiddleEast Internet Group) Rocket Internet and IMENA. Jeeny wasestablished in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However in 2016 it was revampedas Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently we are operationalin Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

    We have offices inRiyadh Jeddah Madinah Dammam Khobar Amman Lahore and Karachi.

    About TheRole:

    We are actively seeking a highlyskilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in both front andbackend programming specializing in the Laravel framework. Joiningour esteemed Automation team the selected candidate will play apivotal role in designing and developing web APIs seamlesslyintegrating APIs and ensuring application responsiveness.Proficiency in the Laravel framework is a key requirement aligningwith our commitment to using cuttingedge tools and technologies.Collaboration with the Product/Business Team for the incorporationof new product features is an integral aspect of this role. TheFull Stack Developer will oversee projects from conceptualizationto the final product showcasing organizational prowess andmeticulous attention todetail.

    Responsibilities:

    • Developunit and integration tests to ensure codequality.
    • Respond to change requests and featurerequirements promptly.
    • Write code that iscrossplatform and crossdevicecompatible.
    • Coordinate with team membersconduct research and learn to create advanced elegant and efficientsystems as needed.
    • Work independently and incollaborative teams effectively communicating design and buildingideas.
    • Ensure the responsiveness ofapplications.
    • Oversee projects from conceptionto the finished product.
    • Stay abreast ofdevelopments in web applications and programminglanguages.
    • Design and develop APIs using amicroservices architecture.
    • Comfortably workwith serverside languages with a strong emphasis on expertise inthe Laravel framework.
    • Possess strongObjectOriented Programming (OOP) concepts and designtechniques.
    • Translate wireframes and PSDdesigns into functional web applications using Bootstrap ReactJsand
    • Bind UI elements to JavaScriptobject models creating responsivedesigns.
    • Collaborate in a crossfunctional teamto deliver a comprehensive userexperience.

    Requirements

    • Proficiencyin serverside languages including PHP and NodeJs with advancedexpertise in the PHP frameworks.
    • Familiaritywith database technologies such as MySQL MsSQL and MongoDB (aplus).
    • Strong documentation skills with theability to analyze code anddatabases.
    • Incorporate client requests andrequirements into the development of new or existing enterprisesolutions.
    • Work quickly with a strong attentionto detail and accuracy.
    • Team player with goodinterpersonal skills.
    • Ability to perform understress and aggressive deadlines demonstrating selforganization andproactive planning.
    • Proficiency in fundamentalfrontend languages: HTML CSS and JavaScript.
      • Familiaritywith JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS and React Native.
