    Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

    We Are Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, business administration, or a related field.
    • An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
    • 15+ years of experience in roles related to organizational development and performance enhancement across diverse industries.
    • Proficiency in organizational restructuring and transformation aligned with the group's future goals.
    • Strong financial acumen, including budget management, financial analysis, and forecasting.
    • Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various sectors and stakeholders.
