- Develop and review change order packages ensuring compliance with related guidelines and procedures.

- Participate in negotiation meetings for all change orders.
- Ensure the implementation of supplier performance evaluations by project teams.
- Conduct or participate in counseling sessions with lowperforming contractors and document the required actions.
- Provide contracting consultations to project teams to resolve issues and disputes.
- Provide feedback to project teams regarding contract terms and conditions to prevent disputes or contract breaches.
- Develop and review contract amendments.
- Perform contract closeout actions upon project completion.
- Prepare and review contracting reports for management.
- Prepare and review different types of agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with external parties and potential Joint Ventures (JVs).

- Hold a Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or Law/Contracts Management from a recognized and approved program (advanced degree preferred).
- Possess fifteen (15) years of specialized contracting experience in design consultancy Joint Ventures and construction contracts/agreements related to refining and the petrochemical industries.
- Exhibit excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a solid understanding of contract administration principles and best practices.
- Demonstrate a dynamic attitude towards process improvements.
- Be flexible and willing to work in multinational teams and mobilize to different locations including remote areas as needed.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Advisor who is experienced in the construction industry to join our Project Management team (PMT). This Company Project Management Teams are responsible and accountable for the delivery of best in class capital projects. PMT is directly involved in executing and managing assigned projects safely on schedule within budget and to the highest standards of integrity and compliance. This will involve engineering design procurement and construction of various sizes ($) types and complexity of small medium to multibilliondollar mega projects.
