Responsibilities

• Learn and assist in the installation and configuration of CCTV and accesscontrol systems, including cameras, VMS and Storage, access control panels, andrelated hardware.
• Gain hands-on experience in system testing and troubleshooting to identify andresolve hardware or software issues.
• Learn and assist in the integration of CCTV and access control systems withother security systems, such as Physical Security information Management Systemand intrusion detection or fire alarm systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users by responding to inquiries,troubleshooting issues, and assisting with system training.
• Collaborate with team members to develop project plans, document systemconfigurations, and maintain accurate records.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practicesrelated to CCTV and access control systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations andcodes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, ControlEngineering, or a related field.
• Enthusiasm and passion for learning about CCTVand access control systems.
• Basic knowledge or coursework related tosecurity systems, networking, or electronics is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to followtechnical specifications and guidelines.
• Ability to work effectively both independentlyand as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to newtechnologies and industry developments.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
