Confidential Investment, a leading investment firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Development Director to join our team. As the Organizational Development Director, you will be responsible for driving initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development.

Requirements

• Develop and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives in line with company goals
• Design and conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Lead change management efforts to drive organizational transformation
• Design and implement talent management programs, including performance management and succession planning
• Create and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of organizational development programs
• Provide coaching and guidance to HR team and other stakeholders on organizational development best practices
• Excellent knowledge of organizational development theories and practices
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in HRIS software and other relevant computer applications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in organizational development or a similar role
• Professional certification in organizational development or a related field is a plus
• Saudi citizenship
