RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare Detailed Project outline (after being handed over) in coordination with Tender & Technical Teams.
• Prepare Project Budget, Detailed Time Schedule for projects activities.
• Finalize Purchase/Service Contracts to utilize terms and conditions in collaboration with Supply Chain Team.
• Understand AlGihaz's standard terms and conditions and the impact upon the contract of differing and/or additionally accepted terms and conditions.
• Understand critical path scheduling and assures a minimum but sufficient project float.
• Coordinate the Substation Design with all related stakeholders.
• Lead cross‐functional project teams of contractors, suppliers, other departments, and other stakeholders.
• Follow up Progress Invoicing.
• Control & Monitor project progress as per Time Schedule.
• Make reports on project status to management and other appropriate stakeholders.
• Identify the potential risks in the project and assure a valid Project Safety & Health plan is in place.
• Ensure the implementation of Safe work environment.
• Ensure the Implementation of Quality standards through Quality Team.
• Consider close out activities and influences for an early close out.
• Follow and comply any official task assigned by BU manager
