On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Obtain the best point of sale volumes and placements, managing and organizing the assigned territories and clients in order to reach the defined sales targets. Ensure the integration with all headquarter business initiatives and functions.

Job responsibilities:

• Reports trade field activities performance and the proper accomplishment of sales conditions, agreements and retail prices trends
  
• Collects data and communicates internally specific field relevant data as Point of Sales (POS)
  
• trends and competitors feature on e.g., Prices, promotions, display
  
• Monitors performance through Perfect Store Audits
  
• Sets and monitors Point Of Sales Quality KPI targets with special focus to: promotions and
  
• action plans secondary placements
  
• Ferrero Fridge Project Planogram Implementation
  
• Sets and monitors Customer Quality and Freshness KPI targets with special focus to: freshness control
  
• stock management
  
• competition price reporting (in Perfect Store Only)
  
• Builds and maintains constructive relationships with customer counterparts in the field
  
• Communicates all activities agreed on head office level to stores to achieve implementation and compliance
  
• Reports and communicates store activity evolution to Head of Field and Regional Manager
  
• Ensures the achievement of the sales targets for the assigned territory
  
• Follows the set routing plan and procedure of visit in the Point of Sales (POS)
  
• Provides required service level in the assigned Point of Sales (POS)
  
• Implements Ferrero Building Blocks in the managed Area (Distribution, Visibility, Freshness, Stock Levels, etc.)
  
• Takes orders in appropriate quantity and assortment necessary for targeted visibility and
  
• ensures stock by SKU in the Point of Sales engage client with improvement proposal
  
• ensure FIFO principle in the Point of Sales (POS) to match freshness requirements

Requirements

• General secondary or degree Bachelors
  
• Availability of a driving license
  
• Professional driving experience.
