Job Responsibilities

Assists in developing a variety of programs and policies regarding employees such as advertising job positions, recruitment, processing applications, verifying employment, contracts, and compensation.

Communicates with departments, employees, applicants, in order to provide information and assistance regarding recruitment, transfers, employment, and personnel records.
Conducts employee orientation programs by introducing employment compensation, benefits, payroll, and medical coverage.
Liaises with Human Capital Management as required to ensure accurate data is exchanged between departments.

Informs applicants and employees regarding various programs and procedure requirements such as tenure, hours of work, benefits, and general work expectations.

Provides overall assistance and research support on benefit policies, programs, and procedures.
Performs other job-related duties as required.
