all the clientsglobal manufacturing area in order to achieve theirstrategy.

Responsibilities:

• Cascadeand drive manufacturing
  vision and strategyin
  maintenance globally and
  exercise functionalownership and
  compliance.
• DevelopMaintenance strategy for the client globally to align longtermplans process maturity enablers and improvement with MFG strategyand expectation.
• Align site BP with Maintenancestrategy plans and initiatives to drive value creation addressingall
  relevant value drivers.
• Stewarddeployment and
  implementation of strategic plans throughperiodic progress updates under MFG strategy governance andoperating rhythm.
• leverage benchmark outcomesto identify performance improvement
  opportunities andemploy leading practices to support maintenancestrategy.
• Establish frameworkand
  governance to identify evaluate and validatemaintenance best practices and drive value creation through theirdeployment.
• Measure and improve maturity levelin alignment with maintenance excellence model and governance toensure compliance and effective implementation of deployed bestpractices.

MustHaves:

• Engineeringdegree in Mechanical ElectricalEngineering.
• Minimum 15 years of professionalexperience with signification experience
  inMaintenance Planning and
  Execution.
• Experience inPetrochemicals or Chemical Industryoperations in diversified multinational manufacturingoperations.
• Working knowledge ofMechanical Engineering ElectricalEngineering and relatedfields.
• A strong technical backgroundin
  standards and tools knowledge of best practices andpolicies for related equipment andAsset
  MaintenanceWP.
• Experience in optimizationand improvements ofAsset
  Maintenancearea.
