    JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join our team. As the Senior Construction Manager for THE LINE - a revolutionary, future city project in Saudi Arabia - you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction of THE LINE. This project aims to create a 170 km sustainable ecosystem with cutting-edge technology and infrastructure. As our Senior Construction Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering on the vision of Vision 2030 and driving visible change within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.     Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage the construction of THE LINE, ensuring project specifications are met and the project is completed on time and within budget.
    • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure project requirements are met.
    • Identify and address any issues that arise during the construction process.
    • Manage and supervise all construction personnel, including subcontractors and vendors.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
    • Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and designers, to ensure project success.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management.
    • Experience managing large-scale construction projects, with a preference for vertical construction experience.
    • Experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia preferred.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with construction software and tools.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities.
