As a Planner at JASARA PMC, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning and execution of large-scale projects. Your responsibilities will include creating and coordinating work schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are completed on time. You will collaborate closely with project directors, engineers, surveyors, and architects to maintain project alignment and effectively manage conflicting priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Planner
• Minimum skill set - BA degree
• Primary responsibility – Planning and project controls
• Secondary responsibility – Report production and tracking
• Previous experience preferred of working in remote places
• Willing to live in basic local standard accommodation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in creating maps, site plans, and other visual materials
• Experience working with consultants, including architects and engineers
• Familiarity with municipal contracting procedures
• Bachelor's degree in city planning, urban planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, or a related field
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to effectively manage budgets and resources
