    Location: Dammam - Saudi Arabia

    Procurement Supervisor maintains relationship with vendors or suppliers and negotiates contracts for more complex purchase order. Supervises the daily activities of the purchasing function, Evaluates and analyzes purchasing trend and price trend to identify forecasting demand and minimize purchasing costs.

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Monitor performance against department KPI's and delivery results. Manage, lead, schedule, allocate and monitor work of purchasing team members.
    • Provide buyer level support for the department as needed.
    • Complete other tasks as needed or directed by management.
    • Review suppliers for compliance with company's quality criteria.
    • Develop and manage alternative supplier in order to minimize the risk of monopoly.
    • Ensure that all departmental reports are prepared timely and accurately to meet business requirements, policies and standards.

    Role Requirements:

    • bachelor's degree in same field
    • 3-5 years of experience, manufacturing experience is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and team building skills.
    • Ability to recognize, analyze, and offer solutions to problems or involve the necessary people to ensure the problem is properly resolved.
    • The ability to make sound decisions to successfully integrate objective, opportunities and resources.
    • Ability to liaison with other cross functional employees and work with multiple processes and procedures.
    • Time management skills are necessary to successfully manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
    • Accounting and mathematical skills to conduct value analysis, discrepancy resolution, and the review of bids and pricing proposals.
    • Ability to acquire detailed knowledge of specific customers, pricing, products, product lines, and packing & shipping standards.
    • Excellent written, verbal English and communication skills.
    • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office.
