Weare seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacy Technicianto work in a fast-paced correctional facility environment. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medicationto inmates, maintaining accurate drug records, and collaboratingwith healthcare providers to ensure the safe and effective use ofmedication.

Responsibilities:

• Dispensemedication to inmates as prescribed by healthcareproviders
  
• Maintainaccurate records of medication distribution andinventory
  
• Collaboratewith healthcare providers to resolve any medication-relatedissues
  
• Prepareand maintain medication orders, including the preparation ofintravenousmedications
  
• Ensurethat all medications are stored and handled in a secure andcontrolledmanner
  
• Followall state and federal regulations and guidelines related to thedispensing ofmedication
  

Requirements:

• CurrentPharmacy Techniciancertification
  
• Atleast 1 years of experience as a PharmacyTechnician
  
• Knowledgeof pharmacology and medicationadministration
  
• Abilityto work effectively in a fast-paced and challengingenvironment
  
• Strongattention to detail andaccuracy
  
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
