- Grow and expandthe company s social media presence into new platforms, whileenhancing presence on existing platforms including Facebook,LinkedIn, Twitter, andInstagram
- Plan, create,distribute, and schedule engaging written or graphic content in theform of e-newsletters, web page content, blogs, and social mediamessages
- Create a regularpublishing schedule and implement it through an editorial calendarto plan, manage and promote specific, timely marketingcampaigns
- Create brandawareness and ensure a strong onlinereputation
- Stay updated withall new developments within the organization, through constantinteractions with other teams such as advertising, productdevelopment, brand management, sales, etc. for ensuring brandconsistency across all socialmessages
- Engage with customersthrough content aimed at turning prospects or followers intocustomers and existing customers to social media brandadvocates
- Research and monitorcompetitors social media activities to ensure brand safety andsuccess
- Report progress andgrowth on all social campaigns to senior marketingmanagement
- Support sales bycultivating leads from social media campaigns through a plannedapproach
- Collect and analysecustomer data about visits and interactions to create comprehensivereports and use that information to improve future marketingstrategies andcampaigns
- Graduate/Masters degree
