JobOverview:
We are currentlyseeking a skilled and experienced Thermal Insulator to join ourteam. As a Thermal Insulator you will be responsible for installingand maintaining thermal insulation systems for a variety ofindustrial projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strongunderstanding of insulation materials and techniques as well as theability to work in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities:
Install andmaintain thermal insulation systems for industrialprojects
Read and interpret blueprints instructions andspecifications to determine insulation requirements
Select and measure appropriate insulation materials and apply themto pipes ducts equipment and other structures
Cut fit andshape insulation materials to the required size and shape usinghand and power tools
Secure insulation with adhesivesstaples tapes or mechanical fasteners
Ensure propersealing and weatherproofing of insulation materials
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of insulationsystems
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at alltimes
Keep accurate records of work performed andmaterials used
Collaborate with other team members andcontractors to complete projects in a timely and efficientmanner


Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as aThermal Insulator or similar role
Indepth knowledge ofinsulation materials techniques and safety procedures
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technicalspecifications
Strong mathematical and measurementskills
Excellent handeye coordination and physicaldexterity
Ability to work in confined spaces and atheights
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Valid drivers license and reliabletransportation
