• Coordinate all of the design work required during construction projects. He manages the production of technical drawings and plans used to build a structure.
• Collaborate with architects, structural and service engineers, along with specialist designers and BIM technicians, to create coordinated designs which can be used during the build and aid maintenance of the structure once complete
• Ensure technical reviews and compliance of design engineering with controls to maintain and improve high quality deliverables to our clients.
• Ensure that project plans are in place for all jobs of project authorization. This is to result in better-planned projects and improved project team understanding of milestones, budget, and deliverables.
• Target meeting or exceeding client expectation. Where non-compliance exists, ensure corrective action implementation occurs within three months of the reported non-compliance.
  
  

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Law or similar professional disciplines.
• 20+ years of relevant post-graduate experience preferably in high-end hospitality projects.
• Pre and post contract Planning experience on large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong PC and CAD skills, as well as efficiency in utilizing computer software to complete design assignments.
