    The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing the company's inventory levels, ensuring accuracy, and implementing efficient inventory management practices. This role involves monitoring inventory movements, analyzing data, and collaborating with various departments to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing excess.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
    • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
    • Analyze inventory reports and trends to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
    • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely supply chain operations.
    • Manage inventory databases and utilize inventory management software to track stock movements.
    • Identify and address inventory discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
    • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align inventory levels with market demand.
    • Optimize storage space utilization and implement effective inventory storage practices.
    • Evaluate and select inventory management systems and tools to improve efficiency.
    • Train and supervise inventory staff, ensuring adherence to inventory control policies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience in inventory management, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
    • Knowledge of inventory control best practices and principles.
    • Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to inventory management (if applicable).
    • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and moving inventory items.
