- Implementand execute the strategy of achieving the Saudization quota to beimplemented across thecompany
- Streamlineacross the company workforce in line with Saudization mandate ofacross the company as well as Nitaqat
- Liaisewith Ministries and other governmental entities to resolve acrossthe company problems and issues and deal with other governmentauthorities and relevant bodies asrequired
- Maintainand promote effective relationships with government bodies andtheir staffs to ensure smooth Saudizationprocesses.
- Conduct/ administer selection processes including interviews personalityquestionnaires to ensure effective process of thesame.
- Reviewand recommend changes and updates to policies and procedures basedon Saudi Government Saudization policies and procedures asnecessary.
- Participatein the identification and recruitment of key talent for theunit.
- Superviseguide and assist direct reports to perform their daily activitiesin accordance with the policies andprocedures.
- Developthe team through effective use of the appraisal system encouragingprioritization and time management solving team problems andfostering teamspirit
- Aminimum of 4 years experience in a Recruitment role with at least 2years in supervisoryrole
- Bachelorsdegree in businessadministration
