    Our Client is a Construction andTraffic Management Solution s Who is currently in need of anHR/ADMINASSISTANT.

    JobResponsibilities;

    Maintainsaccurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and

    Answers frequently asked questionsfrom applicants and employees relative to standard policies,benefits, hiring processes, ; refers more complex questions toappropriate senior-level HR staff or

    Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource filesand

    Performs periodic audits of HRfiles and records to ensure that all required documents arecollected and filed

    Providesclerical support to the HR

    Mayassist with payroll functions including processing, answeringemployee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing

    Acts as a liaison between theorganization and external benefits providers and vendors, which mayinclude health, disability, and retirement plan

    Conducts or assists with new hire

    Assists with planning and executionof special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-widemeetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, andretirement

    Performs other duties asassigned

    JobRequirements;

    A Bachelor sdegree from any of the reputable

    Atleast 2 years experience in Human Resources and Administrative

    ConflictResolution

    Excellent verbal andwritten communication

    Excellentinterpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive andconfidential situations with tact, professionalism, and

    Excellent organizational skills andattention to

    Proficient withMicrosoft Office Suite or related

    Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management,human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer
