    We are presentlyrecruiting a Logistics Administrator for our clients on the Cork /Kerry border. The company in question manufacture machinery andrequire someone to provide support for allcustomer service related material planning, procurement, receivingand shipping. This is a full time position based in County Cork andwithin easy commute of Killarney andMacroom.

    MainResponsibilities

    • Raisematerial requests into the relevantsystems.
    • Processincoming/outgoing material in accordance withguidelines/procedures.
    • Processtransportation asrequested.
    • Followcompliance regulations and Exportcontrol.
    • Complieswith all company policies and procedures and safetyrequirements
    • Changeinventory levels, lead times, andcosts.
    • Carryout procurement, from RFQ coordination and PO issuance untilmaterial is received and invoicedcorrectly.
    • Coordinateactivities with production scheduling andplanning.
    • Proactivelywork to resolve discrepancies as theyoccur.
    • Supportoutside assignments(PMs/Installations).

    PersonSpecification

    • Level6 Diploma / Certificate Qualification relevant to therole
    • Experiencein Warehousemanagement
    • StrongIT and CommunicationSkills.
