Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, managing site staff, monitoring project progress, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with project stakeholders and reporting to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Construction management and supervisory experience
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance procedures
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Have the Knowledge and skills of constructing work and site supervision including labor management, site arrangement, work schedule, and MEP work.
