Job Title: SafetyOfficer(NEBOSH/OSHA)

JobOverview: We are seeking a detailoriented and proactiveSafety Officer with NEBOSH/OSHA qualifications and an engineeringbackground. The successful candidate will be responsible foroverseeing and enforcing all safety measures in the workplaceensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation. Therole is ideal for those ready to be trained in the inspection fielddemonstrating a commitment to maintaining the highest standards ofworkplace safety andhealth.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. SafetyRegulationCompliance:
   • Conductregular site inspections to ensure compliance with health andsafety regulations.
     
   • Stay updatedwith current legislation and any changes in guidelines or lawsaffecting theindustry.
     
2. RiskAssessment andManagement:
   • Performrisk assessments to identify potential hazards and developstrategies to minimizerisks.
     
   • Implement preventive measuresand recommend improvements to existing safetypolicies.
     
3. TrainingandDevelopment:
   • Conductsafety training sessions for employees and ensure that all workersunderstand and adhere to safetyregulations.
     
   • Be willing to undergofurther training in the inspection field to enhance knowledge andexpertise.
     
4. IncidentInvestigation andReporting:
   • Investigateaccidents or incidents to discover rootcauses.
     
   • Prepare detailed reports onfindings from investigations and suggest improvements to preventfutureincidents.
     
5. EmergencyResponsePlanning:
   • Developand implement emergency responseplans.
     
   • Organize emergency drills andensure all employees are aware of their roles in case of anemergency.
     

Requirements

EssentialQualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Engineering (Mechanical Civil or relatedfield).
  
• Certificationin NEBOSH OSHA or a similar recognized health and safetyqualification.
  
• Understandingand willingness to be trained in the inspectionfield.
  
• Provenexperience as a Safety Officer in an industrial or constructionsetting ispreferred.

Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
