    Overview of the job:

    The Head of Shared Services is responsible for leading and managing all Human Capital activities including those related to Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and development, Career Development, Succession Planning, Rewards, and Employee Relations. In addition to the Procurement, IT, and the Business Services Department. The position will also lead to strategic partnering with the investment side of the business to support JVs. This position is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

    Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the development of the function's objectives, goals, initiatives, plans, policies, and procedures and supervise their execution.
    • Support in developing the Function's annual budget, including Financial and Human Capital requirements.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain the Function's policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring they are sufficient and appropriate and are in accordance with leading practices.
    • Set employee objectives and KPIs in conjunction with employees, ensuring they are in line with the function's objectives and overall corporate goals.
    • Provide feedback, coaching, and support to employees in order to maximize their performance and productivity.
    • Attract, develop, manage, and retain staff whilst creating an ideal work environment for growth and engagement within the function
    • Drive the execution of change management initiatives by identifying change agents and developing change and communication plans.
    • Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost overall employee satisfaction.
    • Proactively develop partnerships with leadership of the sectors to assist JV efforts and provide HC requirements enabling them to create strategic industrial value chains whilst creating a significant number of quality job opportunities for nationals.
    • Ensure the overall compliance of HC policies and guidelines to the local employment laws.
    • Drive the compliance of the Code of Conduct throughout the company.
    • Oversee and approve the collation, analysis, and preparation of HC management information to ensure that the right information is collected to inform management decision-making.
    • Lead updating organization structure and related components (job descriptions, competency framework, etc.) to ensure enabling the achievement of strategy and meeting business requirements.
    • Lead and manage the development and implementation of the company's strategic manpower and recruitment plans ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy.
    • Ensure effective recruitment to maintain the capacity and capability of the company.
    • Lead developing and implementation Saudization plan.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration
    • CIPD, GPHR are strongly preferred
    • 12-14 years of relevant experience
    • Human capital capabilities development is a must.
