    **Job Title: Strategic Risk Governance Specialist**

    Leading Edge: A Premier Employer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

    Contract Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension based on project requirements and performance.

    Salary Range: SAR 45,000 - SAR 65,000 per month (negotiable)

    We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join our team at Leading Edge. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation of Basel III and IV regulations within our organization.

    About the Role:

    • Oversee regulatory compliance and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and capitalize on opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to Basel regulations and implement risk management protocols.
    • Analyze and assess risk factors, develop risk mitigation strategies, and provide recommendations to senior management.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments and reports to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor and evaluate regulatory changes related to Basel III and IV to ensure ongoing compliance.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management with specialized knowledge in Basel III and IV regulations.
    • Comprehensive understanding of Pillar 1 RWA calculations and proficiency in Pillar 2 ICAAP methodologies.
    • Demonstrated expertise in SAMA implementation of Basel III and experience with credit risk scoring methodologies.
    • Knowledge of collateral management practices and ability to analyze and assess risk factors.
