• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from engineering studies to startup.
• Review and contribute to PCS and Field Instrumentation specifications, manage design contractor activities, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Familiarity with international project procedures and best practices.
• Provide design input, attend testing, resolve technical issues, and assist in change management.
• Monitor project progress, review reports, and implement company initiatives.
• Support facilities with routine Instrumentation & Process Control tasks.
• Develop and review testing and commissioning procedures.
  
  

• As a qualified candidate, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized program, along with at least 15 years of experience in refining and petrochemical industries, specializing in Instrumentation & Process Control.
• This includes five years of field experience in various phases.
• Your expertise should cover engineering design, construction, and a deep understanding of relevant International Codes and Standards. Proficiency in control and instrumentation disciplines, such as APC, DCS, PLC, SCADA, and ESD, is essential.
• An inclination towards project improvements and savings is expected, and PMP Certification is desirable.
• You should be adaptable to working in multinational teams and various locations, including remote areas.
