    Job Description:

    • Fundamental knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, standards, and equipment.
    • Preparation of contracts, contractual letters, presentations, and dashboards.
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents, financial reports, and technical documents.
    • Documentation and review of contract terms and conditions.
    • Researching and resolving contract issues.
    • Implementation of contract and commercial management procedures for the administration of assigned contracts.
    • Establishment and maintenance of direct working relationships with contractors, consultants, and customer staff.
    • Administration of assigned contracts, maintaining a continual review of progress and providing management with information regarding projected financial or technical difficulties.
    • Coordination with designated staff on operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations, contract performance, contracts administration, and other major matters.
    • Representation of the customer in contractual discussions of moderate complexity.
    • Administration of information programs to ensure a mutual understanding of contract terms and conditions.
    • Review of contractor payment invoices and monitoring of contractual letters.

    Mandatory Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
    • Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience.

    Additional (Optional) Requirements:

    • Certified PMP is a plus.
    • Master's Degree in Business Administration.
    • Certification in quality management.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and solid-state drives.
    • Knowledge of procurement regulations, policies, and practices.
    • Very good analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
    • Excellent English speaking and writing.
    • Previous international experience in the Middle East region is favorable.
