- Fundamental knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, standards, and equipment.
- Preparation of contracts, contractual letters, presentations, and dashboards.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents, financial reports, and technical documents.
- Documentation and review of contract terms and conditions.
- Researching and resolving contract issues.
- Implementation of contract and commercial management procedures for the administration of assigned contracts.
- Establishment and maintenance of direct working relationships with contractors, consultants, and customer staff.
- Administration of assigned contracts, maintaining a continual review of progress and providing management with information regarding projected financial or technical difficulties.
- Coordination with designated staff on operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations, contract performance, contracts administration, and other major matters.
- Representation of the customer in contractual discussions of moderate complexity.
- Administration of information programs to ensure a mutual understanding of contract terms and conditions.
- Review of contractor payment invoices and monitoring of contractual letters.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience.
- Certified PMP is a plus.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration.
- Certification in quality management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and solid-state drives.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations, policies, and practices.
- Very good analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Excellent English speaking and writing.
- Previous international experience in the Middle East region is favorable.
