• Develop and manage crew schedulesto ensure adequate staffing for vessel operations, taking intoaccount crew availability, qualifications, andcertifications.
• Assign vessels to specificroutes or trips based on operational requirements, vesselavailability, and maintenanceschedules.
• Coordinate and communicate with crewmembers to ensure they are aware of their assignments, departuretimes, and responsibilities.
