ITTConnectis seeking aSeniorTechnical Business Analyst with experience in the FinancialServices / Bankingindustrytojoin ourteam.Ourclient is a major IT Consulting firm with HQ in Europe, offices in15 countries and over 10k employees, they are experts in tailoredApplications Services to Banks, Insurance and Industryclients.

JobLocation: Boston, MA. Position is hybrid, few days in the office,few daysremote.

Responsibilities:

• Willbe managing a few projects simultaneously: requirements gatheringfrom business and operations as well as conducting the full cyclefrom a BAperspective
  
• Adviseon and create proprietary investment processes that are tailored toindividual clients using Code Red s highly configurable softwareand workflowtools
  
• Importdata from and coordinate with prominent third party vendorsincluding custodial banks, accounting systems, trade ordermanagement systems, and market dataproviders
  
• Writecustom reports to aggregate research and import data into companytear sheets, productivity reports, and investment dashboardstailored to individual clients investmentstyles
  
• Manageand support partnerships with existing clients by solving problems,performing upgrades, training users, and providing exemplarycustomerservice
  

SpecificResponsibilities:

• RequirementGathering from Operations andBusiness.
  
• DeploymentPost Validation to evaluate the Productmaturity.
  
• Designthe solution and get a sign-off from Business, Operations andTechnology.
  
• Implementthe Technology and if needed consultAllvue.
  
• PostDevelopment ,provide the implementation support or hand-over toGlobal SupportTeam.
  
• PerformProduction Support, find answer to the Operational Questions.Product Optimization by tuning the Application andDB.
  
• Coordinatewith the external and internal stakeholders to gather theintegration requirements.
  
• Drive,design and implement with solutions with Sign-off fromOperations.
  
• Understandthe new regulatory and Business need to come up with innovativesolutions with little strain tooperations.
  
• Modernizethe System and Architecture with the availableresources.
  
• Integrationwith home grown and external Apps andservices.

• Managethe Projects for the Program - Bank Loan ProductManagement-Everest
  
• Managethe Production Support plan Start of DayIssues
  
• Supportthe Product Integration with In-house Applications andProducts
  
• Managethe Custodian Data Create, maintain, and upgrade the Custodian dataInterface and support the dailyFeeds
  
• TradeManagement -OMS - Create, maintain, and monitor the Trade Messagingand Transmission across multiple systems ( SSB andMSIM)
  
• DataQuality Management - Daily Custodian Feed Monitoring and DataQualityCheck
  
• ReportingManagement - Create and maintain the Compliance and BusinessReporting (exceptions , regulatory ,auditetc)
  
• Managedthe Product Research Management System Factset RMS for ESG andEquityTeam
  

ProductDevelopment andEnhancement:

• Managethe Product levelSupport
  
• Managethe ProductUpgrade
  
• Managethe Product customization at different levels to support theBusiness and TechnicalNeed.
  
• Managethe Trade level Compliance, Restrictions and Portfolios on-boardingwith the Business along with theBusiness
  
• Managethe end-to-end Product Level development starting from Developmentto the UserInterface
  

IntegrationManagement:

• Managethe Internal Integration: Client developed internal frameworks(Sherpa) and other Products (CRD, Factset, SalesPage etc) tosupplement the Bank Loans Trading and CreditResearch
  
• Maintainand enhance the Credit Workflow, various custom Trading Workflowand Policy in the form ofCompliance
  
• Createand maintain Reporting and Exceptions Internal andExternal
  
• ReportingManagement for the reconciliation pre and postintegration
  

ProductUpgrade:

• Understandand plan to manage the newfeatures
  
• Performthe Gap Analysis and present to the Business to evaluate thesolutionoptions
  
• Provideinsights to the Planning and resources required for theupgrade
  
• Performthe Impact Analysis and share the associated Risk with themanagement
  
• Maintainthe Upgradedocumentation
  
• StakeholdersManagement
  
• Managethe User Acceptance Testing up to Sign-Off Portfolio Managers,Researchers andManagement
  

Requirements

• 8+years of IT experience in FinancialMarket
  
• Experiencewith fixed income, research management or other front officeapplications
  
• MUSTHAVE advanced MS SQL and or TransactSQL
  
• Experiencewith all phases of theSDLC
  
• Demonstratedability to work well with different business users and stakeholdersgroups gathering business requirements and writing functionalspecificationdocuments
  
• BSin Computer Science, Computer Engineering orsimilar
  

8+ years of IT experience in Financial Market Experience with fixedincome, research management or other front office applications MUSTHAVE advanced MS SQL and or Transact SQL Experience with all phasesof the SDLC Demonstrated ability to work well with differentbusiness users and stakeholders groups gathering businessrequirements and writing functional specification documents BS inComputer Science, Computer Engineering or similar
