  • Assist and manage tasks from General Manager, Sales team and any other Sales portfolio.
  • Support in completing client visit reports.
  • Perform sales support tasks, including updating and sorting files, scheduling meetings, sending invites to attendees and preparing minutes of meetings.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for the management.
  • Prepare and extract CRM reports.
  • Analyze CRM Data in Buhler corporate presentation for management and sales team.
  • Participate and organize shows or events when needed.
  • All other tasks assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the industry, including experience in his field of specialization.
  • Organizational skills including the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Able to work independently and on own initiative within specified guidelines or processes.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and deliverables with minimum supervision.
  • Customer service attitude.
