Job Summary
The QA/QC Manager ensures full compliance with AMTPJ-JESCO standards, international codes, Saudi laws and project specifications across all disciplines.Establishes implements controls the Quality Assurance and Quality Control system for Heat Treatment Finishing Line Expansion Project at ArcelorMittal AMTPJ in Jubail Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.+
Responsibilities
+- Develop implement maintain Project Quality Plan PQP Inspection Testing Plan ITP in line with AMTPJ-JESCO Quality Requirements ISO standards.
- Act as primary quality interface from JESCO consultants Contractor's quality teams.
- Ensure strict compliance contractual specifications international standards ASTM ASME ISO EN project procedures.
Skills
+- Civil works inspection foundations concrete structural steel architectural finishes compliance material inspection against specifications site inspection verification as-built works.
- Mechanical fabrication erection inspection piping installation pressure testing flushing welding inspection WPS PQR welder qualification NDT coordination UT RT MT PT alignment installation mechanical completion activities.
