- Development of production schedules and work programs to include allocation of the facility, manpower, parts, material, and tooling lists, third party services and specialised resources to ensure operational and cost optimisation for best-in-class performance of the fleet, supporting the maintenance and engineering functions in the safe and compliant deployment of the fleet.
- Preparation of work scopes including analysis of special tasks and management of project timelines, identification of complex, safety critical and critical path tasks.
- Contribute to daily meetings with relevant stakeholders to confirm work programming and provide status updates.
- Assist the Production Planning Manager with the daily operation of the Planning department and supporting Production operation queries.
- Supporting the maintenance and engineering functions in the safe and compliant deployment of the fleet.
- Maintain a strong working relationship and data sharing with Maintenance Planning teams to ensure ongoing fleet maintenance and performance is optimal.
- Maintain appropriate team interfaces to support 24/7 uninterrupted operations.
- Contribute to the goals and objectives of the Production Planning team that aim to exceed the Riyadh Air business plan and KPI requirements.
- Contribute to maintaining the safety and airworthiness standards for the Company fleet to best practice standards and in conformance with General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) requirements.
- 5+ years experience in aviation maintenance or planning role.
- Demonstrated experience in Aircraft maintenance Production Planning, modifications, upgrade programs and project management.
- Demonstrated experience in use of AMOS software preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Aviation, Engineering, or another relevant field.
- AME/A&P License or Higher school diploma/ A Levels, or equivalent qualification in Aviation, Engineering or other relevant field
- Excellent command of English spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project management tools and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
