    Role: Client Acquisition Manager US Staffing (Remote across India)



    Department: Sales/Staffing



    Interviews commencing next week



    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop new client accounts, identify/target potential Vendors for IT staffing business in the USA and get contract Staffing Requirements.
    • Interact with clients daily to identify staffing opportunities.
    • Be involved in the complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing.
    • Build accounts with contractor staffing needs and provide ongoing support.
    • Leverage existing relationships and network to open new business.


    Requirements

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT staffing business development/account management in the US market.
    • Has achieved Revenue Between 2 to 5 Million USD in the past.
    • Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements.
    • Should be able to work Independently in pursuing closures/revenue targets.
