You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess, design, and implement data governance frameworks that ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data across the organization.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing data management processes and governance structures.
• Analyze data quality, data lineage, and data security to identify areas for improvement.

• Design and implement robust data governance frameworks tailored to the specific needs of clients.
• Develop and document data governance policies, standards, and procedures.

• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to define data governance roles and responsibilities.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and build consensus on data governance initiatives.

• Define and implement data quality standards and metrics.
• Develop and enforce data quality rules and monitor compliance.

• Provide training sessions and educational materials to promote data governance awareness and understanding across the organization.
• Support the development of a data-centric culture within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Governance Consultant or in a similar role.
• CDMP certified.
• In-depth knowledge of data governance best practices, data quality management, data modelling, and data security.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards (e.g., NDMO).
• Hands-on experience in data governance or data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, OvalEdge, Erwin, and Collibra).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing role.
• Arabic speaker.
