Job summary
This is a full-time remote role for CX Application Support Lead to ensure seamless operation and support of customer experience applications by troubleshooting technical issues,managing application performance,collaborating with internal teams to implement optimizations,and ensuring system integrations work efficiently.+
Responsibilities
+- Lead Level 1 and Level 2 support for CX platforms including Portals,Mobile Apps,APIs,Integration Services Chatbots,and IVR systems.
- Conduct initial triage,in-depth investigation,and diagnosis of application incidents.
- Query backend databases MSSQL MySQL PostgreSQL to perform data validation identify root causes,troubleshoot ETL process issues.
Bachelor's degrees in computer science or equivalent required+
