    For our new office in Riyadh, we are looking for

    CAD/BIM Modeler - 100% (m/f)

    The ideal candidate will have strong background in structure, alignment and shop drawings, particularly focused on linear projects. Experience in the Middle East region will be an advantage.

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed CAD/BIM models for structural components and alignments in linear projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Produce high-quality shop drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details based on project specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to interpret design intent and translate concepts into comprehensive models and drawings.
  • Utilize industry-standard software proficiently to create and modify 2D and 3D models, ensuring adherence to project timelines.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 to 10 years) in CAD/BIM modeling, detailing, and shop drawings, specifically related to structure, alignment, and linear projects.
