    Weare currently seeking a skilledSr. MaintenanceTechnician to join the theirteam at a client account for a global pharmaceutical company inElkorn, Nebraska. (COVID 19vaccination is a requirement at this sitelocation)

    Mondaythru Friday 7am-3:30pm workingschedule. Occasional need toperform maintenance activities on weekends. Preferred candidate tohave skilled knowledge in electrical, HVAC, carpentry andfacilitiesmaintenance.

    Responsibilities:

    TheGeneral Maintenance Worker - Senior will fix and maintain machines,mechanical equipment, and buildings. This individual will paint,repair flooring, and work on plumbing, electrical, andair-conditioning and heating systems. In the event of an emergency,he/she may be called to support necessary tasks in association withthat emergency. The general responsibilities of the positioninclude those listed below, but the company may identify otherresponsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differamong accounts, depending on business necessities and clientrequirements.

    GeneralResponsibilities:

    • Performslight maintenance service under the auspices of a qualified skilledtradesperson, including plumbing, carpentry, painting andplastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs or installations,or vehicleservicing.
    • Performstasks such as but not limited to changing light bulbs, installingpaper dispenser units, changing filters, changing locks on doors,minor decorative maintenance and other tasks not requiring alicensed skilled trades person orjourneyman.
    • Cleansand lubricatesparts.
    • Identifiesand corrects unsafe working conditions with managementoversight.
    • Attendstraining programs (classroom and virtual) asdesignated.
    • Complieswith all company safety and risk management policies andprocedures.
    • Reportsall accidents and injuries in a timelymanner.
    • Participatesin regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments.
    • Appliesall applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to allassignedwork.
    • Performsall work in accordance with established safetyprocedures.
    • Mayperform snow removal and other grounds keepingactivities.
    • Maybe required to assist with specialevents.
    • Maydrive a cart or othervehicle.
    • Assistsskilled trade workers in one or more areas performing specific orstandard duties to learn new skills as required for advancement andcertification.
    • Maybe required to utilize basic cleaning and otherchemicals.
    • Maycoordinate work activities of General Maintenance Apprentices andGeneral MaintenanceWorkers.
    • Mayassist in training, assigning, and checking the work of lower-levelemployees.
    • Examinesmechanical equipment to diagnosetrouble.
    • Disassemblesmachines and repairs or replaces brokenparts.
    • Adjustsfunctional parts of mechanical devices asnecessary.
    • Mayorders replacement parts and equipment with managementapproval.
    • Inspectscompletedrepairs.
    • Maybe required to inventory equipment, parts, andsupplies.
    • Mayrepair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment, such asmotors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, air conditioners,etc.
    • Servesas a lead by performing maintenance service or repairs in one ormore skill areas, including plumbing, carpentry, painting andplastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs or installations,or vehicleservicing.
    • Mayperform other duties and responsibilities asassigned.

    Experience/Knowledge:

    • HighSchool diploma, GED or equivalentexperience.
    • 1or more years of related experiencepreferred.

    License/Qualifications:

    • Holdsappropriate license/certification for the specific work to be donein the city and state in which the work will bedone.

    PhysicalRequirements:

    • Closevision, color vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depthperception and the ability to adjust focus, with or withoutcorrectivelenses.
    • Significantwalking or other means ofmobility.
    • Abilityto work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8hours).
    • Abilityto work in tight and/or elevated locations (lifts, rooftops,ladders)
    • Maybe required to climb ladders of up to 36feet
    • Abilityto reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40pounds.

    WorkingConditions (may add additional conditions specific to defined worklocation):

    • Willwork in both indoor and outside environments, in varying weatherconditions
    • Varyingschedule to include evenings, holidays, weekends, and extendedhours as businessdictates.
    • Thenoise level in the work environment is usually moderate toloud.
    • Wearsprotective clothing and/or Personal Protective Equipment requiredby the work environment or governmentalregulations.


    Requirements

    1.High School diploma, GED or equivalentexperience.
