    Job Description

    We are Looking for a PMO Manager - SAP for one of our FMCG Clients based in KSA.

    Title: PMO Manager - SAP
    Location: Riyadh, KSAExperience: Min 5 years of experience.
    Job Summary:

    to oversee SAP and Infrastructure projects within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong background in Application Development and expertise in SAP-related projects.

    Responsibilities:

    1.Project Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and execute project plans for SAP and Infrastructure initiatives.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    2. Stakeholder Management:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project teams.

    3. Resource Allocation:

    • Allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives.
    • Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary.

    4. Risk Management:

    • Identify and assess project risks.
    • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

    5. Quality Assurance:

    • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes for SAP and Infrastructure projects.
    • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
    • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Prepare regular project status reports for executive management.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

    6. Budget Management:

    • Oversee project budgets and expenditures.
    • Ensure cost-effective project delivery.

    7. SAP Expertise application:

    • Leverage deep understanding of SAP processes and technologies in project management.
    • Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams.

    8. Infrastructure Knowledge:

    • Manage infrastructure-related projects, including data center migrations, network upgrades, etc.
    • Coordinate with IT teams for seamless project execution.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, or related).
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in SAP and Infrastructure projects.
    • Background in Application Development is highly desirable.
    • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
