- Provide visionary leadership and set clear goals, strategies, and direction for the organization in alignment with the overall business vision in Saudi Arabia
- Full P&L responsibility and management of internal and external stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- At least ten years of relevant management experience in a leadership role in a technical industry required, preferably in the automation sector
- Working experience in global organization required
- Strong sales background combined with a solid understanding of the EPC contractor market
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business environment
- Saudi Arabian citizen / nationality preferred
- Proficiency in English and Arabic language skills are a must
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving business targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
