PrimaryResponsibilities:

• Use strongindustry knowledge to add value to the clients operation
• Maintain an ongoing knowledge of clients business; aswell as their contract with OptumRx
• Drivesolutions by engaging multiple organizational areas and providingguidance to CSMs
• Provide positive alternativesto complex situations encountered by client and manageexpectations
• Perform systems analysis todetermine the source of technical issues and act as a liaisonbetween external clients and internal departments to resolve theseissues
• Act in a project coordinator/managercapacity to ensure accurate and timely completion of clientprojects to the clients satisfaction
