• Establish credibility and buildeffective working relationships with external parties, includingcustomers, suppliers and advisers.
• Monthlymanagement reporting to Group, including management accounts andproject account reports (CVRs).
• In conjunctionwith regional management, prepare and manage regional and projectbudgets and forecasts.
• Weekly cash forecastingand cash management.
• Managing all regionaloffice expenditure, ensuring the Group receives value for money andexpenditure is authorised in accordance with Group policies andprocedures.
