    We are on the lookout for a Partnership Development Leader to join our Partnership Execution team, under the guidance of the Partnership Execution Manager. This role will be instrumental in managing our strategic partnerships with a focus on streamlined execution and ongoing partner relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in partnership management, a knack for insightful market analysis, and the ability to develop compelling business cases for partnership opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    Partnership Management and Execution:

    • Oversee the daily management of strategic partnership agreements, ensuring compliance and addressing partner needs.
    • Foster and maintain robust relationships with business partners, serving as a primary point of contact.

    Negotiation and Deal Facilitation:

    • Support the negotiation process for new partnerships, ensuring terms align with company objectives and strategies.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including legal and finance, to facilitate smooth deal execution.

    Performance and Market Analysis:

    • Conduct a periodic review of partnership performance against set objectives, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends to inform strategic decisions and partnership opportunities.

    Business Case Development:

    • Craft well-defined business cases for potential partnerships, outlining the strategic fit, expected outcomes, and growth potential.
    • Articulate the value proposition of new partnerships to internal stakeholders, aiding in the decision-making process.

    Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:

    • Engage with various departments to ensure partnership initiatives are well-supported and integrated across the company.
    • Lead collaborative efforts to maintain clear communication and alignment on partnership objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related area, with a track record of maintaining successful partner relationships.
    • Business Acumen: Ability to synthesize market data and performance metrics to guide partnership negotiations.
    • Business Case Development: Experience in developing business cases with an understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent English & Arabic verbal and written communication skills, with an aptitude for presenting findings and strategies to senior management.
    • Capacity to manage multiple projects and partnerships with a detail-oriented approach.
