As a BIM (Building Information Modeling)Engineer specializing in multidisciplinary projects you will play apivotal role in the successful execution of highspeed railprojects. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range oftasks aimed at integrating BIM methodologies across variousdisciplines to optimize project workflows andoutcomes.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. BIMCoordination: Collaborate with project stakeholdersincluding architects engineers designers and contractors to ensureseamless integration of BIM processes throughout the projectlifecycle.
2. MultiDisciplinaryIntegration: Lead the coordination efforts betweendifferent disciplines such as civil structural mechanicalelectrical and architectural to synchronize BIM models and dataresolving clashes andconflicts.
3. ModelDevelopment: Develop and maintain detailed BIMmodels for various project components including tracks stationstunnels bridges and associated infrastructure usingindustrystandard software such as Autodesk Revit BentleyMicroStation orequivalent.
4. StandardsCompliance: Ensure compliance with projectspecificBIM standards protocols and guidelines as well as industrystandards such as ISO 19650 to maintain consistency and qualityacross all projectdeliverables.
5. QualityAssurance: Conduct regular reviews and audits of BIMmodels to identify errors discrepancies and areas for improvementand implement corrective actions as necessary to uphold theintegrity and accuracy of projectdata.
6. InterdisciplinaryCollaboration: Facilitate interdisciplinaryworkshops and meetings to foster communication and collaborationamong project teams promoting a culture of innovation and knowledgesharing.
7. DataManagement: Manage BIM data and documentationincluding drawings schedules and specifications ensuring versioncontrol file organization and proper documentation of changes foreffective project management anddecisionmaking.
8. Training andSupport: Provide training and technical support toproject team members on BIM software tools workflows and bestpractices empowering them to leverage BIM technologies effectivelyin their respectivedisciplines.
9. PerformanceOptimization: Identify opportunities to streamlineworkflows improve efficiency and enhance project outcomes throughthe implementation of advanced BIM techniques such as parametricmodeling scripting andautomation.
10. ClientLiaison: Serve as a point of contact for clientsregarding BIMrelated matters addressing their requirements concernsand feedback and ensuring alignment with project objectives andexpectations.

KeyQualifications:

• Bachelorsdegree in Engineering Architecture or relatedfield.
• Proven experience in BIM coordinationand implementation on largescale infrastructure projects preferablyin the rail transportation sector.
• Proficiencyin BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit BentleyMicroStation or equivalent.
• Strongunderstanding of BIM standards protocols and workflows with theability to interpret and apply industryspecificrequirements.
• Excellent communicationcollaboration and problemsolving skills with the ability to workeffectively in a multidisciplinary teamenvironment.
• Familiarity with relevantregulations codes and standards governing highspeed rail projectsis desirable.
• Certification in BIMrelatedtechnologies or processes is aplus.
