Previous experience:
It is preferable thatthe candidate has previous experience in the field of collection orfinancial work. Extensive experience managing teams and achievingfinancial goals is an advantage.

FinancialLiteracy:
A deep understanding of collections processes andknowledge of relevant financial laws and regulations, including taxand financial laws.

Leadership skills:
Theability to manage a team, motivate them and direct them towardsachieving set goals. Ability to make difficult decisions and workunder pressure.

Communication skills:
Ability tocommunicate effectively with customers, the internal team, andother parties involved in collectionoperations.
