• Useknowledge of legal, regulatory, and environmental trends to givefirm a competitive edge with current/newclients
  
• Participatein professional and technicalassociations

• Mentorjuniorstaff
  
• Analyzestaff needs and match staff to appropriateprojects
  

• in engineering
  
• M.S. in arelated engineeringpreferred
  
• P.E.registration
  
• 8+years of engineering/designexperience
  
• Bridgeand other transportation projectexperience
  
• Experienceworking on DOTpreferred
  
• Experienceas a Lead StructuralEngineer
  
• Proficientin MS Office, MicroStation and structural design software
