Confidential Investment, a reputable investment firm, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Zakat Manager to join our team.

As the Zakat Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Zakat regulations and managing the Zakat process in accordance with Islamic principles.

Requirements
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to Zakat compliance.

Calculate and assess Zakat obligations based on applicable regulations and company financials.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely submission of Zakat returns.

Monitor changes in Zakat regulations and update internal processes accordingly.

Provide guidance and support to finance and accounting teams on Zakat matters.

Ensure accurate recording and reporting of all Zakat transactions.

Stay updated on Islamic financial principles and practices related to Zakat.

Excellent knowledge of Zakat regulations and practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and reporting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Certification in Zakat or Islamic Finance is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Zakat management or related role.
