    Job Summary.

    To work with the direction of dept Manager and is responsible to comply to all tasks assigned by the Manager. The function could be in any operation related departments.

    RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:

  • Supporting operation related departments viz. production, procurement, logistics, Planning, warehouse with various administrative tasks.
  • Responsible for submission and retrieval of records as per project specific.
  • Follow up with all department heads to have the necessary documents ready in-time.
  • Coordinate with all department heads for smooth internal communication & priorities.
  • Coordinate with the Client team for controlling project specific document transmittals.
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system.
  • Assist in vendor relationship management.
  • Coordinate for logistic activities with suppliers, transporters and clearing agents.
  • Coordinate in planning and scheduling production in line with projects requirements.
  • Should effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available and flexible to work overtime as needed to support the team and the business needs.
  • Follow all safety, health, and environmental requirements.
  • Involve in internal audits per API Q1 & ISO 9001.
  • Other duties as needed or assigned.
  • BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES/EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    Key

  • College education with Diploma or Graduation, Technical qualification preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English. Should have related arithmetic skills.
  • Knowledge working with ERP systems.
  • Computer skills: Extensive computer handling skills and expert in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other functions.
  • Preferable > 2 years working with ERP system and document control in a manufacturing environment.
