- Implement the standards set in our Operations Manual.
- Conduct daily quality control spot-checks to verify the job is done properly as per company standards.
- Lead the treatment execution in difficult pest control situation, coach and support teams in large projects.
- Provide outstanding service during treatment visits while adopting professional vocabulary and proper communication with clients.
- Schedule, perform and train technicians and other field teams on equipment's maintenance.
- Define time, products and manpower needed for pest control services for specific type of clients.
- Assist the Technical Engineering unit in preparing Work Accident Declaration Reports.
- Conduct on-boarding trainings for all new field joiners and on-the-job training for all departments' new joiners.
- Assist the Sales team in surveying specific client premises.
- Conduct the field trial of new products' and raise comments to the Technical Engineering unit.
- Monitor service quality through site inspections, service paperwork and reports, and direct communication with customers.
- Communicate and coordinate with maintenance and storage staff to follow up on the status of their machines and tools.
- Fill assigned reports (Quality Progress Report, Critical Area Report, Quality Control Checklist, etc.) and submit them to FQA Manager.
- Assist Operations Officers while doing the monthly vehicle check-up.
- Assist Accounting department while doing their monthly vehicle inventory report.
- Perform all tasks in conformance with our safety and security standards.
- Perform any other assigned tasks specially supporting and replacing other team members.
