As a Senior Offshore Operations Engineer, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing offshore operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive offshore activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise offshore production operations, including well drilling, production testing, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all offshore activities.
• Optimize production processes and implement best practices to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute offshore operations, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to offshore personnel, ensuring proper training and adherence to operational procedures.
• Monitor and manage equipment performance, troubleshooting any issues and coordinating maintenance activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore oil and gas operations, including field experience.
• In-depth knowledge of offshore production operations and equipment, including well drilling, well completions, and production optimization.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards for offshore operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze production data and optimize operational performance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and supervise offshore personnel.
• Experience with offshore production software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to travel to offshore locations and work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
