POSITIONPURPOSE

• As Retail Manager you will be responsible for the people standardscustomer experience financial and operational management of storesin your area ofaccountability.
• Responsibleto support coach and develop your teams to translate the retailplans into tangible actions that enable store leaders and storeteams to reach and exceed their agreedtargets.
• Build develop andimplement store and area plans to maximise sales and KPIsperformance

KEYACCOUNTABILITES

• Responsible for delivery of all pre agreed sales and KPIperformance targets through monitoring identifying opportunitiesand implementing appropriateactions
• Ensure the deliveryof exceptional retail and operational standards throughout Sephorastores in allocated area of responsibility whilst ensuring deliveryof bestinclass customer service across allstores
• To ensure compliancein all areas of operational activity and drive sales andprofitability through the performance development and coaching ofStore Managers store teams whilst managing within SME Businessplan.
• Provides leadershipsupport and direction to the store teams that reflects vision andstrategic direction ofSME

Performance Productivity & ResultsManagement

• Leads teams translating areaperformance objectives into store sales and KPItargets
• Monitor report onperformance KPIs and identify areas/store/leadership improvements
• Monitor store productivityto stay within agreed budgets and coach store managers to drive theright balance quality vs quantity when planning storeschedules
• Customer andfrontline obsession lead by example live customer and team by beingpresent in stores four days aweek
• Build the BeautyPlayground of the Future through Love (services) Loyalty (SephoraCard) and Differentiation(Offer)
• Implement agreedSephora Retail priorities and drive commercialsuccess
• Develop teamrecruit and identify talent with focus to scale up and preparepotential Sephoraians for the next step of careerladder

Management of Store Operations: RetailOperations

• Back of house organizationcompliant with all SEPHORA policies andprocedures
• Monitor stocklevels on all inventory items. Conduct inventories on a timelybasis/maintain updated inventory records and conduct (semi)annualstock take
• Responsible forthe measurement and effectiveness of all processes. Provides timelyaccurate and complete reports on the operating condition of theorganization
• Recruit anddevelop exceptional people
• Optimize and oversee operations to ensure productivity andefficiency
• Ensurecompliance with companys policies and operationalguidelines

Store Merchandising andStandards

• Ensure that SEPHORAs merchandising concepts are set up and alwaysmaintained.
• Store standardsof cleanliness and security aremaintained.
• Ensure keyproduct launches and initiatives are fullysupported.

Customer andPeople

• Define build and follow up on people development plans inpartnership with training andeducation
• Maintain bothfulfillment of leadership roles and general headcount throughactive succession planning and recruitment and follow the rightprocess.
• Lead by example indriving service culture instore observations to monitor customerservice levels and monitoring of customer servicereports
• Gain awareness ofmarket/customer trends in the retail industry and monitor whatlocal competitors are doing communicate back to Offer and MarketingTeam whereappropriate

KPIs and deliverables

• Accountable to deliver all agreedsales and KPI targets for area ofresponsibility
• Exceed monthly salesturnover vs agreed budget
• Meet pre agreed KPIs of conversion ATV UPT and SephoraCollection
• Customermeasures lead them to exceed CRM recruitment targets CRMcontribution and App signups
• Improve storeproductivity and efficiency through implementing use of Rotageekand backoffice modelling
• Shrinkage and the level ofstock by store meet company Audit results>85%
• Deliver agreedcompany measures in both Happy App and LOvemeter>80%
• Exceed agreedannual company employee satisfaction target
• Define build and follow upon people development plans in partnership with training andeducation

Brand andCulture

• Develop create and maintain a strong customer obsessed brandfocused environment for all frontline in everything that theydo
• Together with seniorleaders continue to create a structured analytical commerciallyfocused engaging servicesculture
• Support in the rollout of relevant retail projects

SKILLS ANDEXPERIENCE

• You have a Degree in Business orAdministration.
• You haveexperience in Customer Experience.
• Knowledge and experience insales service and commercial KPI environments focusing on but norrestricted to conversion and average basket
• Comprehensive beautyIndustry knowledge up to date on trends and latestproducts
• Competent inMicrosoft office you have knowledge in PowerPoint &Excel
• You have experiencein Leadership & transversal management skills
• You have Commercialbackground and ME marketawareness
• You haveExcellent communication skills
• You are Flexibilityadaptability & creativity
  

PERSONALITY

• You have a Minimum of 3years experience in sales operations and/or services within thebeauty/retail/hospitalityindustry
• You are an Englishspeaker (Arabic is a plus)
• You have a valid drivinglicense
