Job summary
Check figures, postings and documents for accuracy Organize secure and maintain all files records cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies procedures Record store access and/or analyze computerized financial information Classify code summarize numerical financial data to compile keep financial records using journals ledgers computers Prepare maintain audit distribute statistical financial accounting auditing payroll reports tables Complete period-end closing procedures reports as specified Prepare review reconcile issue bills invoices account statements according to company procedures Follow-up resolve past due accounts vendor invoices until payment received resolved Coordinate tasks work other departments serve departmental role model mentor assign ensure work tasks meet appropriate quality standards Report work related accidents injuries immediately manager/supervisor Follow all company policies procedures ensure uniform appearance clean professional maintain confidentiality proprietary information protect assets Speak others clear professional language prepare review written documents accurately completely Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette Develop maintain positive working relationships others support team reach common goals Listen respond appropriately concerns employees Move lift carry push pull place objects weighing less than or equal to pounds without assistance Perform reasonable job duties requested Supervisors.
